As its my first attempt to deposit SDG209 and there is error, chat customer service no reply. Email must complete a lengthy report as if to claim an insurance policy. its is so ridiculous. I even offer to suggest to credit in my account so i can bet instead of a refund. in return request me to fill a form, attached id documents, get a witness to authenticate the letter, etc — in other words, making things awfully difficult to get a refund,, web call not answered, chat service no reply!
